Course Literature
The course is intended to give basic knowledge of the theory and methods of statistical inference, i.e. how to use observed data to draw conclusions about phenomena influenced by random factors. The course will be based on two books:
- Liero, H., & Zwanzig, S. (2016). Introduction to the theory of statistical inference. CRC Press.
- Dobson, A. J., & Barnett, A. (2018). An introduction to generalized linear models. CRC Press.
