Some small corrections: At 13:40, there is an equation with x_k on the left-hand side but x_i on the right-hand side; it should of course be the same variable in both places. And at 32:52, there should be a minus sign in front of the integral on the last line too (like on the preceding line). Of course it doesn't make a difference, since it all comes out to be zero in the end, but still…

Remark: At 38:09, the function that I denoted by H(x) is of course not the Heaviside function, but rather 1 minus the Heaviside function, so 1 − H(x) would have been a better notation.
