The mean value property
An embarrasing mistake at the very beginning (00:12–02:33): The factor 1/(2πa) should be just 1/(2π), in both places. (The corresponding formulas in Theorem 5.3 in the lecture notes are written with dσ(y) rather than dφ, and then it should be 1/(2πa).) Also, at 16:33, the integral over B(a,r) should be divided by the area of S(a,r), otherwise the equality that follows is false.
